“Hello and good morning from me, Oscar! I am a sweet little 6 month oldishy baby cattle x who is just SUUUUUPER friendly and lovable, let me lick your face?”
Unfortunately, for this little dude, he has been diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia. Luckily this was diagnosed at an early age, so treatment has already begun. Due to this medical condition, he will require a home with children over 10 years old who will understand that he can’t undertake in overly strenuous activity, no other dogs or calm doggies and no stairs. The veterinarian who is treating Oscar suggests future surgery may be required and DARE will pay for this surgery once he has grown into a teenager and undergoes an orthopaedic assessment. You are more than welcome to ask any further questions regarding his medical treatment or needs before applying.
Enough of the sad details, Oscar is a beautiful pup who shines on the inside and outside. He is seeking an equally shining star to give him a forever home. He enjoys a walk and is so eager to please his hoomans. He is very well mannered and is learning basic commands and has a fantastic recall for his age! He is quite happy to watch you from his warm comfy bed in the sun or to follow you around the yard supervising. He is fantastic in the car and loves his little joy rides.
If you are looking for an all-round GOOD BOY, then this is your man. Go ahead and submit an application or feel free to ask any additional questions about his diagnosis. Trust me, this boy won’t disappoint and adopting him will be the best decision you have ever made <3
Once adopted, comes with a hip contract. Read the profile for more information.
